2012 marks the 125th anniversary of our Shrine's celebration of its annual Novena to Saint Anne.  Begun in 1887, it has continued uninterrupted every year beginning on July 18 and culminating on July 26, the Feast of Saint Anne, when we honor our blessed patroness, mother of the Blessed Virgin, grandmother of Jesus, and wife of Saint Joachim, Good Saint Anne.

In 2011, over 400 of the faithful participated each evening enjoying the beauty and rich tradition of this Catholic devotion in solidarity with the many pilgrims of all faiths, cultures and generations.  The music was uplifting and the speakers, celebrants and homilists were inspiring.  The schedule for the events of the 2011 Novena is shown below.

Fr Peter, A.A., invites everyone to join him at the very special 2012 Novena as we celebrate its 125th anniversary!  Bishop Robert J. McManus will dedicate the Shrine's new Generations statue and its memorial grounds at 6:30 PM on July 18th.  All are most welcome to attend this special event!
